Peace of Mind Package (starting at $1000)

Sometimes, all you need is someone to take charge on the big day – and that’s where our Day-of Coordination service comes in. This package is ideal for those who have already planned their event but want a professional to make sure everything runs smoothly. Services include:

• Pre-Event Meetings: We’ll meet with you 2-4 weeks before your event to review your plans, details, and timeline. 

• Vendor Management: We’ll communicate with your vendors to confirm timelines, deliveries, and setups.

• On-Site Coordination: From the ceremony to the reception, we’ll manage all the logistics, ensuring a seamless event.

• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Our team is there to handle any surprises so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

• Optional Add on: Ceremony Rehearsal 1 hour $100 

Planning Partner Package (starting at $2000)

If you’ve already started planning your event but need some extra help to tie everything together, our Partial Planning & Coordination service is the perfect fit. We’ll step in to handle the final details and ensure that everything is on track as your big day approaches. Services include:

• Pre-Event Meetings: We’ll meet with you multiple times in the months before your event to review your plans, details, and timeline. 

• Event Design Support: Need help fine-tuning the design? We’ll provide guidance on decor, layout, and overall aesthetic.

• Vendor Recommendations & Management : We’ll help you select and liaise with the best vendors to fit your needs.

• Timeline Creation & Final Coordination: We’ll build a detailed timeline for your event and coordinate all the moving pieces.

• Rehearsal & Day-of Coordination: Our team will ensure everything goes according to plan, managing logistics and assisting with any last-minute needs.

From "Yes" to "I do" Package  (starting at $3000)

For those who want every detail taken care of, our Full-Service Event Planning package is the perfect choice. From start to finish, we’ll be by your side, handling everything from venue selection to the final farewell. This all-inclusive package includes:

• Pre-Event Meetings & Vision Development: We’ll meet to discuss your ideas, goals, and overall vision for your event.

• Budget & Timeline Management: We’ll work with you to create a budget that aligns with your vision and ensure everything is on track.

• Vendor Management: From florists to photographers, we’ll manage all the details and coordinate with trusted vendors to bring your event to life.

• Rehearsal & Day-of Coordination: We’ll be there on the day of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on enjoying the moment.

At All in the Details Events, we understand that no two events are the same. If none of our standard packages quite fit what you're looking for, we’re happy to create a Custom Event Package just for you. We’ll work closely with you to understand your needs and create a package that fits your event, style, and budget perfectly.

Other events include, but are not limited to, engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelorette party set up, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and celebration of life receptions. 

• Our team will handle all the decor, including tablespaces, backdrops, and any special touches you've chosen. We bring together every element to create the perfect atmosphere for your celebration.

• On the day of your event, we’ll manage all logistics, timing, and coordination, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You can relax and enjoy the event while we take care of the rest.

• We’ll liaise with other vendors (caterers, entertainers, photographers, etc.) to ensure everything arrives and is set up according to plan. No detail is left to chance.
